How to use ERP

The first day with the app, in 6 steps. We walk you through this live after deployment.

Set up your company

Log in as administrator, add your company and branches, and choose your currency and date format in Settings.

Review the chart of accounts

A standard chart of accounts is ready. Rename or add accounts to match how your accountant works.

Add products, customers and vendors

Create products with prices, then your customers and suppliers. You can send us an Excel file to import them.

Record your first purchase and sale

Raise a purchase order and receive the goods, then create a sales order and deliver it — stock, the bill and the invoice update automatically.

Invite your team

Add a user for each staff member under Settings → Users, and give administrator rights only to managers.

Check the reports

At month end open Finance → Reports for profit and loss, balance sheet and trial balance.

Before we deploy

What you need to provide

Using your own server? Here's what it needs — ask us and we'll check it for free. With managed hosting we provide all of this.

  • Linux VPS or cloud server (Ubuntu 22.04 or newer) where we can install Docker — at least 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB SSD
  • A domain or sub-domain (e.g. erp.yourcompany.com) and access to its DNS settings
  • SSH access for us during deployment — we agree a secure way to share it
  • Ports 80 and 443 open for HTTPS (we set up the free SSL certificate)
FAQ

Questions about ERP

Can I start with a few modules and add more later?
Yes. Start on Starter and upgrade to Business or Professional any time — you pay the difference in setup fee and the new maintenance price.
Can you import our existing data from Excel?
Yes. Opening balances, products, customers and vendors can be imported. Simple imports are included in Business and above; large migrations are quoted separately.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes, it runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone.
