What exactly am I paying for?

A one-time setup fee to deploy the app on a private server, plus an optional maintenance subscription. No per-user fees. Use your own server, or add managed hosting and we run it for you.

Can I use my existing website hosting?

Usually not: ordinary shared web hosting (cPanel/PHP) can't run these apps. Use a small VPS or cloud server of your own, or choose managed hosting and we provide one — in the EU or North America.

What is managed hosting?

A private server for your company only, set up and run by us: updates, backups and monitoring included, billed monthly with your maintenance plan. Your data stays yours — on cancellation we export it or move the server to your own account.

What happens if I stop the maintenance subscription?

The app keeps running on your server and your data stays yours. Updates and support stop until you renew.

How do I pay?

bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. After paying, submit the transaction ID in your dashboard and we confirm it within one business day.
