Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information DataAutomationPro collects through this portal and how it is used. It does not cover the business data inside Apps deployed on your own hosting — that data is yours and stays on your server (see section 11 of the Terms).
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, company and country, and the date you accepted our terms.
- Requests: demo and deployment requests, including the domain and hosting provider you tell us about.
- Payments: amount, method, date and transaction reference you submit. We never ask for or store card numbers or mobile-wallet PINs.
- Messages you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security.
How we use it
- To run your account, prepare demos, deploy and maintain your Apps, and confirm payments.
- To send service emails: demo logins, deployment updates, payment confirmations and renewal reminders.
- To reply to your questions. We don't send marketing emails without your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services needed to run the portal (our hosting and email providers), with payment providers when you pay through them, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie when you log in and a security (CSRF) cookie on forms. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this portal.
Retention
Account and payment records are kept while your account is open and for as long as tax and accounting law requires after that. Contact messages are deleted after 2 years. Demo copies of Apps are deleted when the demo ends.
Your rights
You can see and update your details in your profile, and ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account (except records we must keep by law).
Security
The portal runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to client records is limited to our staff. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
